All prices are stated in euros, net, excluding VAT.

The goods are adequately insured by us.

For freight forwarding shipments, we provide a disposable pallet free of charge if required.

We do not ship to the following foreign islands: Faroe Islands, Greenland, Åland Islands, French overseas territories and departments, British Channel Islands, Livigno, Campione d'Italia, non-European territories of the Netherlands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Northern part of Cyprus, Svalbard, Jan Mayen, Bouvet Island.

Delivery Times
Unless a different time frame is stated in the item description, goods are delivered within 1-3 days in Germany (deliveries by freight forwarder within 3-8 days), within 2-8 days to other European countries (freight forwarder: 5-15 days), and within 3-20 working days to Norway after order confirmation (where payment in advance has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

- Payment via PayPal Checkout

Further payment details
We reserve the right to deliver only against advance payment by bank transfer in individual cases.

Information on the Return of Transport Packaging

Pursuant to the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) and the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)

1. Scope and our take-back obligation in B2B trade 
Our offer is aimed exclusively at commercial end customers (B2B). The transport and shipping packaging we use consists exclusively of cardboard and paperboard and is subject to the statutory take-back obligation pursuant to § 15 (1) of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) and the requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

We are obliged to take back, free of charge, used and fully emptied transport packaging of the same type, shape and size that we have placed on the market, in order to supply it for reuse or proper recovery.

Note:
This take-back offer applies exclusively to deliveries and packaging within the Federal Republic of Germany. Return transport or reimbursement of costs for packaging materials from abroad is excluded.

2. Return procedure (within Germany only)

If, as a commercial customer, you wish to make use of your statutory right of return, please observe the following procedure:

Registration
Please notify us in advance by e-mail at our service address of the return of the cardboard packaging delivered by us.

    Condition of the packaging
    The cardboard packaging must be fully emptied, free of foreign materials (e.g. plastic adhesive tape residues or foreign filling materials) and folded flat.

      Return shipment or delivery
      After prior agreement, the return takes place either:

      By delivery to our warehouse location, or as part of a regular delivery of goods by our logistics partners, provided this has been agreed logistically.

      Costs

      The customer bears the transport costs of the return shipment. We take care of disposal and recovery free of charge.

      3. Alternative self-recovery by the customer

      If you have your own disposal channels for waste paper and cardboard (e.g. through a local disposal contract), you can of course send the cardboard packaging delivered by us for paper recycling on your own responsibility.

      In this case, returning it to us is not necessary.
