Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place within Germany and the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

There is no dispatch to the following islands: Faroe Islands, Groenland, Aland Islands, French overseas territories and departments, British Channel Islands, Livigno, Campione d´Italia, non-European areas of the Netherlands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Mellila, northern part of Cyprus.

Shipping costs (all prices net)

Parcel deliveries within Germany:
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of EUR 6,50 per order.

Forwarding within Germany:
For the dispatch of bulky goods (forwarding dispatch) we charge as follows:
Forwarding delivery up to 100kg - EUR 135.00.
Forwarding up to 500kg - EUR 345.00.
Forwarding up to 1000kg - EUR 750.00.
Goods are insured by us.
If required, we can provide one-way pallets free of charge.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description with "Spedition".

Parcel deliveries abroad:
We calculate shipping costs abroad at a flat rate of EUR 16.50 per order:

Forwarding abroad:
When shipping bulky goods (forwarding shipping) abroad, we charge as follows:
Forwarding delivery up to 100kg - EUR 245.00.
Forwarding delivery up to 500kg - EUR 675.00.
Forwarding delivery up to 1000kg - EUR 1,250.00.
Goods are insured by us.
If required, we can provide one-way pallets free of charge.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description with "Spedition".

Shipping times
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days (deliveries by forwarding agency in 3-8 days), in the case of deliveries abroad within 2-8 days (deliveries by forwarding agency in 5-15 days) after the order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Payment terms
You have the following payment options:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal Plus

We reserve the right to deliver in individual cases only against prepayment by bank transfer.
Payment by invoice is possible under the following conditions:
Payment service provider for purchase on account: Paypal Plus
The invoice amount is to be settled within 10 days when paying on account.
